We understand that sometimes problems may arise with an order. Architectural Grille has a warranty for our products. If you should experience a discrepancy with your order, we are here to assist you.

Please note

  • Please keep the order in its original packaging
  • Please do not modify the order as our policy is to repair and return
  • Custom orders are not available for return or refund
  • Please attach pictures of the areas of concern
  • Non modified stock orders are eligible for return for 30 days. Please see below for further information

Stock return policy

  • Stock items can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase
  • To be eligible for a stock return, your item must be unused and cannot be a modified stock item including powder coating and screw holes
  • The order must be returned properly packaged in a box to prevent damage. Any orders that received without packaging will be ineligible for a credit /refund
  • A restock fee of 10% applies
  • Please include “BACK TO STOCK” and your Sales Order Number and/or Pack List Number on the box
  • Reason for Return request
